Asil is an e-commerce website that exclusively features sustainable brands by Lebanese designers. This project was inspired by my passion for sustainable fashion and my desire to celebrate Lebanese culture. I aimed to highlight the innovation and talent of local creatives while providing a seamless experience for both consumers and business partners.

The platform focuses on two perspectives: the consumer and the business owner. For consumers, I designed a clean, user-friendly interface that prioritizes usability and aesthetics. From the curated home page to intuitive product pages and account dashboards, every element ensures a smooth and engaging shopping experience. For business owners, the “All Brands” section introduces potential collaborators to Asil’s commitment to ethical commerce and designer partnerships.

A key feature of the project is the custom logo, which integrates elements of the Arabic alphabet into English lettering.  This design choice serves as a nod to Lebanese culture and creates a distinctive visual identity that connects tradition with modernity.

This project allowed me to explore a balance between functionality and creativity, all while addressing a meaningful purpose: supporting sustainability and showcasing underrepresented talent. The process strengthened my skills in UX/UI design, typography, and layout composition, as well as my ability to approach a project with both consumer-centric and business-oriented goals in mind.
